Lead times

In-stock wholesale orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after payment and order confirmation. Custom, private-label, and production orders require approximately 15–30 business days; we confirm the schedule before production.

MOQ and shipping notes

Minimum order quantities (MOQ) apply by product and are shown in your quote. Orders that do not meet MOQ may require adjustment before shipping. Shipping charges are calculated by destination, carton count, and weight; split shipments may incur additional freight.

US shipping

We ship wholesale orders throughout the United States from our fulfillment network. Transit times vary by destination and carrier, typically 2–7 business days after dispatch. Tracking is provided when available. Please inspect cartons on delivery and note any damage with the carrier.
