If you receive defective or damaged product due to manufacturing issues or shipping damage, we will gladly accept a return or exchange. Please notify us within seven (7) calendar days of receiving your order by emailing rmardis@cardsleevesplus.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Return Terms:

• All returns must be in original, unopened packaging.
• Opened or partially used packs of sleeves are non-refundable and non-returnable.
• Custom or special-order items are final sale and non-returnable.
• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method minus the service fee and actual shipping costs.
• Refunds processed within ten (10) business days after receipt and inspection.

• Best Use: Recommended for high-volume inventory replenishment and maximizing profit margins on bulk quantities.
• Delivery Windows: Average door-to-door delivery is estimated between 35–45 days. However, partners should account for a standard operational range of 30–60 days depending on seasonal demand and port conditions.

B. Air Freight (Expedited Tier)

• Best Use: Optimized for urgent inventory needs, new product launches, or smaller specialized orders.
• Delivery Windows: Average door-to-door delivery is estimated between 10–15 days. Partners should account for an operational range of 7–20 days subject to flight availability and customs processing.

3. Packaging and Quality Assurance

5. Cost Structure and Landed Pricing

In alignment with our commitment to wholesale excellence, shipping costs are calculated based on actual landed costs. Card Sleeves Plus operates on a transparent pass-through model; we do not apply any markup to shipping fees, ensuring our partners benefit from our negotiated carrier rates.

6. Inspection and Reporting Obligations

Upon the arrival of a shipment, the recipient is legally obligated to perform a thorough inspection.

• Inspection Window: Inspection is required within seven (7) calendar days of arrival.
• Damage Reports: Any visible damage to outer cartons or discrepancies in quantity must be reported to Card Sleeves Plus within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
• Documentation: Reports should be sent to rmardis@cardsleevesplus.com and must include the order number and high-resolution photographic evidence of the damage or discrepancy.

7. Limitations of Liability and Carrier Responsibility

While Card Sleeves Plus provides end-to-end support, the Company does not assume liability for delays caused by third-party factors beyond our immediate control, including but not limited to:

• International customs inspections or seizures.
• Port congestion or labor disputes.
• Carrier-specific logistical delays or Force Majeure events.

The Company is not responsible for customs actions, port congestion, or carrier delays. In the event of carrier-related issues, Card Sleeves Plus will provide reasonable assistance with claims (including insurance claims where applicable) to help mitigate losses for our partners.

• Service Fee: The administrative and professional fee charged by Card Sleeves Plus for sourcing, quality control, factory liaison, and logistics management.
• Effective Rate: The percentage of the Verified Landed Cost represented by the Service Fee.

4.1 Volume / Wholesale Tier ($7,500+)

• Priority production slot, dedicated account manager, and free sample upgrades where available.

4.2 Enterprise / Repeat Tier ($15,000+)

• Custom volume discounts on landed costs, potential further service fee reduction (down to 8–9%), and more flexible payment terms.

5. Calculation and Payment Terms

• Transparency: All Service Fees are calculated based on the "Verified Landed Cost" pass-through model. Card Sleeves Plus shall provide documentation of factory costs and shipping invoices upon request to verify the fee basis.
• Invoicing: Service Fees are invoiced alongside the final balance of the Landed Cost and must be settled prior to the release of goods from the port of entry or domestic warehouse.
• Adjustments: If the final Landed Cost fluctuates (e.g., due to shifting freight rates) in a manner that moves an order into a different Tier, the Service Fee will be adjusted to the corresponding Tier percentage to ensure the client receives the most competitive rate.
